Headed to the store now for BBQ supplies and kitty litter (Scatter can't make it but somebody's bound to spill something). The count as I have it is:

1) Abu Destiny (GQ*) - ?
2) Phydeaux + Large Italian wiring phuckknot
3) Daily Triumph + Same, weather permitting
4) JBIRD5363 + soggy 4-wheeler and 600RR
5) gixxerbilly + His wild game and his yz125
6) 07slvrcbr - ? (Wrenching is fun but it's no S&BJ - he'll be suspect if he makes it!)
7) lisiecki1 - prolly a late arrival, TL1000R is counting on him
8) TiemannR6 + coming to help out, bringing his tool & his lube. This man knows how to party.
9) bentgixxer + new/old bike weather permitting (and Darren?)
10) jumpinfly + busted tranny
11) lbjasonc + his best lines
12) El Diablo + a vestigal fender
13) Flip + 1 1/2 ladies and my pretty pink watch - will be late

So I'll get food for 15-20. PM for directions if you need'm, extra and late arrivals are no big deal. Should be a good time...

I couldn't help myself and started wrenching early. I couldn't sit around all day and do nothing.

I should have everything back together early tomorrow. So, no wrenching for me but I'll ride by to say hi.

just at 59k, slips goin into second. has been flooded, not seriously bad. is a lil low on fluid. sounds like its goin to neutral when turning and shifting to second prob on account of low fluid. fluid is pinkish, not red as sud be. i think it'd be best to flush it, maybe even replace filter and maybe seals.

thoughts?

Yes that pink means water that could and most likely is the reason for the slipping could also be a stuck valve or bad speed sensor or it could be a bad seal I would just have to look at it what truck is it (make model motor) and does it have a tranny cooler on it

Negatory.

38 is the dew point , will be 50 - 52 degrees with 40% chance of rain.

Just throwing some pork loin on the rotisserie, apricot/mustard/honey/chipotle glaze.
