that bird loved to ride! when jeff came to the house with Chigger and he started the bike up that bird got all puffy and was chirping and looking at the bike. as soon as i got over to it he jumped on his little rope.

i'm so sorry jeff. when dusting told me this morning i was a upset. i am glad i got to meet him though (even if he did on me )

You sir, are a insensitive dumbass! You don't know the man or the bird. The man lost something close to him and is hurting and you are spouting this ! This is neither the time nor the place to state such things. Way to kick a man when he is down.

+1 on this too - have you checked the area again? posted signs with his pic? I know the chances are small but its worth a shot.

Phydeaux,
Only met you once and never had the pleasure of meeting Chigger. Best of wishes man - I really hope you find him but RIP to the little guy if you don't.

I'm thinking if he didn't get hit by a car , he caught the gust of wind & just flew around.
His natural survival skills kicked in.
If he is alive , he is probably real at you ,thinking you left him.
Is his wings clipped ?
Hope he is alive & will find his way back home to ya.
I travel that way home each day.
It sucks losing a pet .
