AMA Pro Daytona Sportbike

Dane Westby (Privateer) qualified in 4th over FACTORY riders! holy , those guys must be shittin themselves thinkin where'd he come from. Danny Eslick in 2nd, was also at the CMRA's first race at Oak Hill turning laps with the rest.

Dustin Dominguez set the 2nd fastest lap time behind Josh Day on the 1st practice. Looks like he did not make practice for the second round...or may be having bike problems. Look at Clint Shobert also.....he was a NOVICE RACER IN CMRA last year!!! Lloyd Worrell also another CMRA racer.

Danny Eslick was one of the top 125 GP riders with the CMRA six or seven years ago, so he's an "old timer" (even though he's a young 'un).

It's going to be a good event for CMRA folks, I think. Lots of guys with deep talent representing.

I just talked to Larry, he qualified 45th. This is his first real session on the new bike so he's sorting it all out. He'll be strong in the race, but anyone that rides with Larry alot knows he's not super fast in practice but he can pick it up in the races. He'll do just fine.

The Supersport class is running a shorter course, I believe they cut out one of the bankings.
