Question for fellow pit bike and fiddy nuts..

So i've been searching around alot for a 2nd pit bike.. i've come accross a pretty good deal on a name brand pit bike.. However, the guy has no title, he just has a bill of sale from when he bought it.. I have no intention of ever making it street legal.

This bike has a really good price tag but i really don't like the fact that i won't have a title for the bike. Since it's a pitbike it seems like it wouldn't make much of a difference nor would it be a problem either.

Just out of curiosity, would a title issue like this make a differnce to you guys for this type of bike?

all opinions are welcome

if possible, you want a title with it to show proof of ownership. do you have to have one, no, is it wise to have one, yes

take the bill of sale to the dmv... they will give you the paperwork to get a title

Play bike. It is no big deal if you get a bill of sale. Most of the dirt bikes i have dont have a title. No one is worried about a title because the bike will never see the street.

werd - take the bill of sale down to the DPS office off Washington to get a bonded title if you are worried about it

I personally know that there are more than a few track riders that don't have titles to their big bikes

I dont think it would be worth the effort for a bonded title.
