If done right, an instructor will bump you.

And, no offense to any of the organizations, but this is hard to do right. Its hard as an instructor or even corner worker to remember, every session, which riders were riding way above or below their group.

When we bump someone from Novice to Intermediate an instructor will follow the rider a few laps to make sure it was the right move.

Communication from instructors/rider/riders is key to a safe day.

SO SPEAK UP

Yea, those stick out like a sore thumb.

sometimes you gotta go slow to go fast....

the 1st round robin session MAY be a complete waste of time to you, but if you feel you are still in the novice ranks.....you should use that round robin session to take a look around, find new reference points for braking, turn in, exit.....find a possible faster line....and just take it easy. i'm sure you don't go out on the first session in intermediate and give it all you got right? you never know, you might find a few things on the track you missed trying to go faster.

you can skip the classroom if you are already familiar with the classroom schedule. just let the instructors now at the beginning, so one of them can get assigned to you so they can keep an eye on you also. if you don't tell nobody you're gonna skip the classroom, all the instructors will assume another instructor was assigned to you.

No offense taken by us, but to address this it's really not that hard as long as the plans/ policies are followed.

We have for the past 3 years really stepped up our program of moving folks to the right groups because we've seen such an influx in new riders to the track. It's caused us to change some of our policies as seen last year with the license/ MSF requirements.

Our instructors, many of whom have been with us for the past 9 years, are very well educated in evaluating the riders on course and have enough experience to know when moves are required.

We've bumped folks down for signing up in the B group when they should be in the C, from the C up to the B, and certainly from the B to the A.

With our proven structure, truly well designed program and incredible organization in operations by folks like Pam, our track days continue to be the bar others try to reach.

If you don't feel like you're getting your money's worth with us, I will personally make sure that is changed.

We also have a new program for the intermediate and advanced groups that will certainly mitigate any of the "B group issues" that others face and we've faced in the past.

See everyone at the track!

I think what you meant to say was:

I don't know anyone but I've heard Kevin is the man. If Brad or Bubby are there you can't go wrong either way.
