I can think of ALOT of things that stunting could teach a person and make them a better rider.

I think what he is getting at is if you ride a sportbike which is designed to be on the track, you should try at least one track day and experience the machine in the atmosphere it was intended for.

Of course if you are a poser and want everyone to think you know how to work a bike you tdays arent for you and you should stick to parking lots and curb monkeys. Personally I couldnt live the life of a poser.
I dont understand how people can just sit and watch .. when I went to the track off 288 I was off that I had a bike sitting in the lot and people were killing the track.. Then I went to crabb.

Thats how I felt when I would go to MSR with the cobra club. I would sit and watch while everyone was having fun. My vert wasnt allowed on the track without a roll bar. Only 425 cars made...no roll bar going in!

I know this is a dumb question and I get asked this all the time about motocross, 'do you get tired'? I got a MX race on Sunday. How tired will I be if I do the track day on Saturday?

Depends on the shape your in. But you will def get a of a work out. Some have trouble walking the day after bc you've more than likely never used those muscles.

NOT NEARLY as tired as MX, but you will be tired...if I was racing the next day (for contingency) I wouldn't subject myself to a TD...just my opinion of course. Now if you we're roadracing the same track, most def.
