try some plastic epoxy or something like that first.

try th cheap route, if none of it works, you are justified for new plastics.

yeah I would go with a good epoxy to "weld" a small bolt or something similar to the original pin that fits in that hole.

I'm getting the pieces painted anyways, so if I buy a used fairing it can be ****ed up and it won't matter.

I think I'll just buy a new one if I can find one cheap on ebay.

Plastic tube plastic-welded onto the fender. Get something that would fit snuggly through the frame grommet.

Well, I've got a good amount of funds coming in right now, and I kind of decided that I liked the 650r how it was. I'm still customizing a lot of things, just not going the fighter road.

I'm taking the big stupid stock rearsets off and replacing them with aftermarket rearsets. Painting all the fairings black so no more half black/half gray. New levers, integrated tail light, windscreen, etc.. hope to put a rear seat cowl and rear hugger on as well, although I've been toying with replacing the rear end altogether.

I'm looking at SV650's right now for the second bike.
