took mine to 176 indicated. bone stock. dont really care to go there again unless the conditions are perfect. i dynoed it later on and the dyno read 166.

i puckered more on the track at 40 with a peg on the ground. well i actually have no idea how fast i was going. but it was nuts! first for me.

I don't know about a pucker speed, but I get a strange wind noise that sounds exactly like a screaming little girl is in my helmet with me at about 145 (indicated) on the Buell. May have to do with slight head shake, naked bike, and the fact that my chin is 4" ahead of the windscreen when I tuck down on it.

I get jumpy above 150. I recently got the 14 to 170 and shut it down.

Something uneasy about going that fast with the bike still pulling that hard.

On my Versys (650), it tops out at 118mph with my fat on it.

I would go faster if it let me (on private roads only)

I've had my 650r up to 135 on the down side of the Baytown bridge before. I wanted to go faster but she just didn't have it in her.

I would've definitely asked how you made that happen. Mine pulls pretty well among other 650r but I know it won't get up to that.

I took one of my old friends 07' GSX-R 750 to it's max... I had no idea how fast I was going, but I made the green shift light stay bright,in sixth gear, for a good couple seconds... I was surprised to hang with his ZX10 for a good bit, but eventually his cc's ruled over me. That was also the same day I learned how to dodge road kill at 130mph.... whats weird is, after going that fast... 80mph feels like 45mph... and you can't tell the difference till you get pulled over!!

no pucker speed for me, its top of 6th gear down to 2nd and a corner coming up really fast and your hard on the brakes and downshifting and the rearend is moving everywhere. Then you go to turn in and the rear end is in the wrong direction for turn in. Thats my pucker
