If he was a cop and a bunch of witnesses no idea why no one reported him to the cheif. Sad part is he is the guy with the attitude who shows up at the doorstep of your home to "protect and serve".

okay while this sounds like a bad idea, which i would agree would be fun for the spur of the moment, it is probably the worst idea to aggravate an already reckless driver.... think about it. if the driver is already a douche enough to f*ck with you on your bike, a broken window or dent on his car from your sparkplugs, pennies, or whatever will most likely anger him even further and cause him to act even more recklessly in his rage (for example, ACTUALLY running you over).

probably not the wisest move as a biker to even size up against any cager.
