yup, thats common, I sent mine in they fixed it, I had bought it new, when they sent it back it had a s/n on it.. a fast ace shock is cheaper and better imo. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SHOCK...ht_3933wt_1114

Well then why did you sell me a 50 with a shock lol. They want $60 to rebuild it to like new. Should I just junk it and buy the fast ace?

I-shock used to be it, nothing else was available.

I would do the re-build, because you will probably have a warranty afterwards, mine was fine after they rebuilt it.
