I like the silver R1 better than any other color from 04 - 08. Although 08 Raven was pretty close.
Why did you decided on going -1 in the front?

hahaha learning the 1000 I think I was a little bit better on the 750 but it just takes seat time. Whoever thinks that there are stepping stones like a 600 then a 750 then a 1000 is crazy. A 750 is way to similar to a 600 and a 1000 has power beyond belief

best gearing for that year in my opinion it should of been a 16 tooth driver from the factory.. I believe the 03 r1's had a 16-45 gearing and in 04 changed to a 17-45... the guy before me had a -1 in the front and a +5 on the rear it was so wrong for the bike I was at like 7000 rpms at 70 so I had to change and with some research the -1 is the way to go

So that is what is holding Evo back... interesting.
