Update on my accident

Well for all those of u, who wanted an update on my accident. The guy gave me $200 and said u he couldnt give me n e more. So i gave him his money back call his insurance, then called my lawyer, then.......you know what. Long story short, his insurance is paying for everything!!! Dropping off my bike Tuesday to have everything fixed, then afterward its off to House Of Paint, and there also covering my rental car till i get my bike back. Woooo! oh and a new helmet.headbang::thumbsup :

Guess they had real insurance, lady that hit me has Santa Fe Insurance and they are (that BS Insurance Depo you see on UPN in the daytime) they dont wanna pay for anything

The damage to bike bike wasnt too bad, its still able to run, but i will need to get things fixed, and the paint job....i cant wait.yeah he is paying a $1000 deductible now. he almost started crying when when i gave the $200 back.
