battery problems

I bought a new battery and used it one week and my bike didn't start this morning I was very cold but I am worried that the bike is draining the battery now I dont know what it really is I havent left the lights on or anything like that so was wondering if any one has an idea what it is or can it really be from just cold weather, So I took the batt out and put it on the tender then it said charging and half hour later this little red light came on that said trouble

Could be a number of things:
1) You could have a defective battery, if you think so, bring it back to where you bought it and they should be able to load test it for you.

2) You could have an open circuit draining the battery down even though the key is off.
Do you have any aftermarket electircal accessories on your bike, L.E.D. etc.?

3) Your charging system may not be putting out enough to charge the battery, so the bike drains the battery down as you ride it.

I know it's your only ride, so if you can bring it by we'll check it out while you wait.
We're open till 6:30 Tues. - Fri. and 9-6 on Saturday.

Bring the battery in and we'll put it on charge and load test it for you, no charge.
As far as charging system repair cost, it really depends what's wrong.
After we verify the battery we can go from there.
