You know, I have a different perspective on the whole situation personally. When I had my accident, people speculated and presumed that I was at fault. When clearly I wasn't. We really don't have the facts other than we know that the guy had an accident and is in the hospital. For all we know, he could have just been riding quick, never looked back and had a cop tailing him without knowledge and hit a vehicle. We just don't know other than speculation.

However, if he was running, he paid the ultimate consequences.

Glad to see your back to posting Brian.. Hope all is well for you and your family now. As for your perspective, its understandable being that you have stood on both sides of the fence but there is a BIG difference in your situation and his.

alright guys i just called the hospital myself and they said he was moved to STICU bed #9. thats all i could get they said they cant give conditon over the phone. you can call the sticu at the hospital as k for bed 9 and talk to him from what the operator told me but i dont know the kid and didnt want to call and wake him or anyhting. so if anybody knows him please call.
