You could bring it and try it out... Nobody is going to stop you - as long as your riding with the other bikes, but I don't think it'll be much fun on a full size motard 400cc trying to get around/or in on a mini 65 or 50.

My real decision for stop traveling to tracks to just "practice" is the cost of "gas" to and fro the track.

Hence Katy makes sense. I'd like to try this LA track though - looks like fun.

let's go homie! i have plenty of room in the truck!

i wouldnt go there all the time though, maybe a time or two a year...but just to experience a new place is golden!

i brought the 426 out to katy....eh, it's doable...but tiring. if my bike was running better that day i think i would have really charged it.

I love this line from their website:

The motorcycles we ride range from 50cc displacement up to 600cc displacement mini bikes.

That's a big "mini bike".

Looking at the schedule - the CMRA race is the weekend before at TWS (Texas World Speedway). So that's a good sign.

As soon as TMGP posts their schedule up, I'll know for sure if I can make it or not. If it does NOT conflict - count me in.

Mine too. Guess I've got a reason to go ahead and get my KLX done.

I have been after the Katy guys to let us ride for years. But they are afraid that the big bore bikes would tear up the track.. I think a 250 cc shifter kart doe's as much damage as a 560 ktm or more but it their track..
