The safety wire is too long and it's pulling the cotter pin out of the hole in the oil fill plug.

Oh, and the picture has focus and exposure problems.

I would say, lack of contrast, not focused, bad lighting, and maybe use of cheap camera...

there shouldn't be a cotter pin? That does look wrong but I don't have experience safety wiring anything.

The only thing I see wrong is that the pin is inserted in the wrong direction into the oil filler cap. If the wire was a little longer it could have been inserted into the cap on the other side and it would be perfect. Hummmm hey Linz did you catch this??? I'm gonna tell Grumpy on you!!

Nah, I don't think I saw this bike come through or else I would have made fun of it. It was probably Scuba Steve who inspected it. He can't see the forest for the trees, you know.
