I told him as soon as he got there dont unload it till i hear it run, it ran fine when you picked it up if it doesnt run now I dont want it I want the TV instead(I would have strapped that thing to the roof of my car in a heartbeat).

Whats pink will be black tomorrow hopefully, should be able to spray everything before i head to work. Should tell the punk I want some real custom paint, like a Lambo color or something, and i want it to shine so i can see my reflection.

he did have a website promoting his little "paintshop" for bikes and i was going to post a link of it but in the last 3 hours they took the site down apparently so i guess someone got a bit scared maybe.

His shops name is Travolan Racing and they do the work out of a storage unit right on the corner of Fairmont and Space Center Blvd in Pasadena, its right off the BW8. I would say stay away unless you want a real crappy paint job and possibly never see your bike again.

Maybe they left it in the lot for a month cause he wanted someone to steal it from him maybe??

Most of ya'll didnt give to to start with it seemed .......................I did my own work doing some P.I. work and figured out where his parents house is including there home phone and spoke with his father, who didnt even know his son had a motorcycle, guess who wasnt so happy and was glad to help me get it. the guy was at my house with a truck and my bike in under 2 hours of me calling and speaking with his father about it. So needless to say i think someone got a good message.

The problem is that he has already exposed his plan, so it is no longer a surprise to the enemy. Ambushing is no longer an option. Stop looking for the guy and look for his friends. Show them the "A-bomb" (photos) and they will relay the message to him. Show them your intel reports and they will definitely have the story sounding "real good" for you. Within 48hrs, I bet he will be contacting you.Nothing illegal about these countermeasures, you can take photos of yourself in front of any buildings open to the public.
I was called all kinda names for this and you see it works. Looking for someone close to the guy (friends/family) and giving them the run down (intel) on the situation would have netted you results a long time ago.

long story short I traded it but the guy didnt hold up on his end of the trade and disappeared pretty much, i spent the last 2monts trying to figure out whatever i could on him, found he had a paint shop, figured where his family lived, gotr their number and his dad wasnt the happiest with him when i told him what went down, bike returned in a matter of hours after that.

But thats okay i am not mad at anyone on here. Just thought i would share i got it back as most wouldnt of gotten stolen property returned.
track bike or not ALWAYS title a bike, without a title its not yours. even if you have a bill of sale or a recipt. having a title doesn't mean you have to register the bike for street riding, but you DO NEED a title
