I wear a pair of Vasque hiking boots. They are made in Italy, and this is my second pair. I wore the sole off the other pair hiking. They have gor-tex inside, so they keep fairly dry.

Not a boot built for MC, but for $150-200 they are very confortable, long lasting and look good enough that I can wear them with slacks at work.

After further thought, these shoes have been reviewed as casual shoes. Not so much "boots".

I wouldn't rock these anymore than my tennis shoes. So why pay $140+ for them?

I just picked up some Axo Striker Boots. Pull the dial in the back to release, then pop it in place and turn to tighten the laces. Very comfy and easy to take on/off.
