Someone go say you want to buy it and grab the VIN# off it. Call the tow line and give it to them, they will tell you if it is reported stolen.

Then call him back and say you decided to buy it, and to meet you somewhere. Then tell the cops to go there.

Good idea, dangerous if you are dealing with someone who just stole that bike though...

Also, how would you get the vin number without him noticing, if he knows you want it he SHOULDN'T let you have it if it's stolen.

you can get the plate # and run that. will give u a vin 3 then go from there, IF he hasn't change the plate that is
