CJ, I can agree with riding side by side on a small slow road.
ONLY if the surface is smooth though. I swerve at anything that looks sketchy.

^ Good one Joe

They are called "a fool." If your riding buddies (friends) rides crazy around you and you choose to keep riding with them, then that is your choice. Don't expect my sympathy if you crash because of it. (note time and date)

I never said that I joined this site to look for friends. The only thing that I'm looking for is the almighty dollar. with that I can buy as many friends that I want and have them act exactly as I want too.
i'm making absolutely clear, I bought a sportbike for the sole purpose of getting fat chicks. no junk in the trunk, then they don't ride. I don't have to add jack to my bike to impress. They like checking out that back bumper when I come rolling by. All the haterz.

So very true.

Usually I try to distance and give room between the rider in front of me. I want to give them and myself plenty of reaction time if something arises.
I view my mirror to watch the rider behind me. If he's riding my , I'll wave them around and keep them in front. I surely don't need some moron whose not paying attention or clowning around behind me, running into me!

Respect and Responsibility will make all rides a good one. Treat the rider in front/back of you the same way you want to be treated.
Leave your attitudes at the house. Don't bring it with you on the group rides. Because we don't need that .

But since you did not join MH for any reason but to be douche how about you log off. Or stop being a douche. I like these threads that help people out and hopefuly teach a new guy a few things.
Once again, couldn't have said it better myself. Your only reading what you want. I said we decided to leave before the other group so we didn't have to ride with them. What was I supposed to do when the rider from the other group caught up to us wasn't being courteous? Exit the freeway to lose them hoping my group would follow me then confuse the fukk outta everyone? NO. Maybe you should log out like Dustin suggested, either that or stop being a douche. PERIOD.

I will stop a ride Im leading with 30 plus people to point out one individual I see monkeying off ten bikes back.

Many on here can attest to that.

When you ride in a group, be apart of that group. Its about a smooth rolling train without hickups or axles trying to jump track.

Fck w my safety and I'll put you out before I get taken out.

Good thread Mr Dudewheresmybikes... I say sticky this debate in the Safety Corner.

Sidenote: a normal riding buddy of mine does not pay attention when he rides and seems to wreck almost everytime himself and his wife rides. She rides on my bike while he rides solo if we go anywhere on the weekend. As he comes up on me every five minutes, I now swerve into him. If he were to lead we could be 15mph less then speed limit.

Judging by your posts and the way you approach things, I don't expect too much outta ya anyway. Keep in mind you don't know a thing about me other than what you see me post on here nor do I know anything about you other than by what you post. If your so wise and such a good rider, why don't you put your money where your mouth is and join us for a ride this Sunday and show us how good of a rider you really are. It's in the events section, check it out

I can understand that. I would do the same if I am the leader.
This guy was NOT in my group. I probably wasn't in a good position
to confront him nor did I think I would be taken seriously equaling a
worthless effort. Furthermore, there was about a bajillion people at our destination and I wasn't about to go out of my way to find him. The people that he rode side by side would be the first to confront him anyway. It wasn't my place, but I just wanted to look after my RIDING FRIENDS, something Quik doesn't understand.

Heh, I used to have my accurate info on there but I don't want people to know too much about me
I wanted to reset it to where its not there anymore, but it makes me choose something. So what you see isn't exactly accurate

Ironically, I was the one who suggested us being able to plug in our riding experience in our profile

heres one:

when you call me up and want to ride, you need to do the following things:

1. show up at the time agreed upon. you called me, not the other way around. i dont wont to wait an hour for you to do whatever it is you need to do.
2. do NOT have me show up only to ask me where we should ride. you made the call, you decide where to go.

those two irk the out of me.

When speaking about your own rider safety, do what you must. I've pointed at people and done the English shoooe away after.

Or look their direction constantly and start doing the jerk off movement.

^^^that works amazing for Hondas that wanna race you... as they take off and you ride next to them.... lol
