I've always lived by the rule to buy something once.
If you're going to be doing this awhile I'd rather buy a stand that will last.
I've got some Pitbulls that are over 10 years old.

My 2 cents YMMV.

I have some T-Rex stands. They are very cheap. First 3 months one of the wheels snapped off. Won't be buying another set. Next time around will spend more money and get a nicer set of stands. You pay for what you get.

for the price I'm seeing they want for the pitbull stand fukkit the pitbull is cost effective, and I rather spend a few bucks more for better reliability

T-Rex is still a great stand and the majority of what I have heard from others on many sites is that they are great stands for the price, I have never had problems with mine being functional, the water holding issue is annoying though.
Then that is some flawed thinking that they have. I have both front/rear Pitbull stands that are rarely used. I would much rather spend more money on the front end than having to spend money on the back end because a cheaper stand failed on me. If you say so. As I said, I have used t-rex stands for over a year and a half and have not had any signs of bending or warping and they work perfectly still.

i just bought a front and rear set of pit bull stand. its a win win situation, i need to maintain my bike, change out tires, i can help out my bro in law, cuzn, and friends bikes too so i know the stand will hold up for plenty of service and years i hope. now i gotta figure out how to remove both the front and rear wheels
