spark plugs

Just wondering what is the best spark plugs out there for ur bike? What type do you use on ur bike?

I just had new plugs installed on my bike. Patrick recommended that I stick with the stock plugs for the gixxer, despite the track use, race exhaust, and PCM. The stock plugs were the iridiums.

Yes, I know about the 30K+ mile recommendation for replacement for most iridiums. However, the bike was not starting as well as it had previously and I wanted to see the plugs anyway as I suspected it had been running rich. Replacing plugs isn't a bad thing.

NGK and Denso produce some iridium plugs that have over 100K mile service life. However, it's not reasonable to expect the plug at the far end of their service life performs as well as a new plug.
