If you know something about engines and smoke...Watch this VID

Have gotten some advice and suggestions, which I will follow tomorrow when shops open.

But what is the deal with this smoke?

07 GSXR750
8k miles

Bike had chocolate milky oil when I changed it
Had a hint of gasoline smell in oil, I could be mistaken.
Smoke looks blue, imo.
Rode it, never rode a 750 before but it doesnt feel down on power.

Does it always do that or just when you start it up a bit? looks kinda normal to me in the vid unless it looks worse then it does on the vid, Most suzukis i know do that a bit anyway It's most likely that bad oil would be my uneducated guess.

when you let it run for awhile and then shut it off, does the coolant reservoir have a frothy look to it and alot of bubbles?

Seriously though. It looks like there is oil mixing with the fuel somewhere.

That was a cold engine. Honestly, I havent rode it more than 3 miles. I have not had it to its normal running temperature yet. It did smoke less, after that 5 minute ride.

Definitely not normal. Perhaps for a Honda it's ok.

what I had suggested checking is a symptom of a bad headgasket, if nothing abnormal there then the comp test will tell all.

The big puff at the end looked more white... like water in the exhaust, i.e. head gasket. But a leak down test is the way to go.
