Man, if you are going to argue a point, let's stay in the present. Your story keeps getting fuzzier and fuzzier. Burgers don't cost the same anymore. If you don't a car or a current valid handicap placard and haven't evenbeen to the County-Tax office in the last 12 months, then I don't think (like I said before I learned this) that you are a credible witness/person to speak on the matter.

tag last for 4-5 years.............just so you know

and a tag is not a hamburger, we can stay in the present, but quit comparing apples to oranges like peeing in a pool compared to parking unlawfully.

btw.... my story is not fuzzy at all, your trying to argue something you dont even care about, im glad you found that law and all, it will save me a couple of bucks next year, but just because you like your "handi-spots" doesnt make you have an educated background on the subject

Gimp,
I'm sorry you have to deal with people like this. It's bad enough you have to deal with the issues you have to deal with, but to have it topped off with this bs you're dealing with is.... well, bs.

worst issue i have being disabled are people that dont care about parking there, i mean hey, im pretty sure that a disabled parking spot really means "if your just running in for a quick second or are lazy, park here"

it must be in really small print somewhere on the sign because i never read that part

I get real mad at my roommate when he uses his handicapped sticker at Wal-mart. Except when we go out to a night club and he gets to park closer than VIP valet. Then I look the other way.

You have yet to show where I said that I park in the handicap parking? because I refer to it as a handi-spot; is that what you are about? I can call it whatever, if that makes you mad then get over it. I don't hand out passes to anyone, I'm equal opportunity to strike down hypocrisy.
To Err Is Human, To Forgive Divine (when people do things wrong we should try hard to forgive them because all people make mistakes). That was the essence of my statement from the getgo with folks jumping on the OP. Y'all just assume that I park in that area.

you were trying to defend them for being wrong...... i chose not to, they are wrong.

im not mad, no need to be mad, just sharing my opinion and what i know about it and why its important not to park there if you dont need to.
