what do yall think?

http://houston.craigslist.org/mcy/1034865309.html

offer him 7-800? i know id have to take it to patrick to get the carbs set up.

i hate to buy another old used bike, but i dont have the credit. and im not willing to go somewhere like eximports and get raped.

im about to have 2k once my taxes come in, thought about waiting for that and seeing if i can get financed with that 2k as a nice chunk of down payment.

advice?

kinda what i figured. i was going to try to get that 05 f4i gabe was selling to fix it up, but of course it got sold a day or so ago.

gp motoring has a nice 05 636 for 5,700, might look into that, would be financing 3,700 with my down payment, but like i said, my credit blows cause i was a as a kid.

Be patient, save your money and keep looking.

As for 1034865309
This is a 1991 that is old, many well engineered upgrades have come about since then.

From the discription and photos this individual is very hard on bikes.
too many changes and it is messed up since the carbs aren't right.

One picture has what a 20 pound nitrous bottle in the foreground and a super stock car in the back ground - come on this bike has had to have been abused.

As for 1034669063
I would stay away from that on too - since the engine has been swapped.
Either they blew the first one , or they weren't satisfied with its performance.
and put a bigger engine in so they could abuse it harder.
Either way this bike has been ridden hard.

I would look for a bike that has original engine and an owner that actually took care of it.

I would guess either one of these will run you another grand to get it to something you would actually want.

Be patient, save up and keep looking a good deal with in your budget will turn up.

Good Luck

Don't forget if you received a stimulus check a while back from BUSH (i.e. $700 or $1,200 married), that comes OFF your tax return. So if you normally get $2k back and are married.....expect about $800....
