How to get this bolt off zx6r

I need to know how to remove this bolt for my frame sliders. The center is hex and the nut is idk.. any info would help. thanks

Exactly. Very easy to do. It's a lock nut so it will hold in place, just use the correct allen wrench. Easier with T-Handles.

oh ok.. yea i have a rachet hex set.. its on there good. I didn't wanna screw anything up so i stopped... i guess ill have to do it harder

Just make sure you have the right size so you don't strip it. It will be metric.

take a brass drift or punch and try to softly back up the jam nut maybe..then back off the bolt.
