inspection question

I just opened the UPS package to my MJS Race headers.

If I put them on my bike, will it pass inspection by getting rid of the cat?

most new vehicles are pretty efficient emission wise, you shouldn't have a problem. Be wary of visual inspections though, and keep your old pipes.

Catalytic converters are not inspectable items on motorcycles.

Nor is the rest of the exhaust system since motorcycles do not have to pass vehicle emissions testing. Just a safety test.

Hmmm, I don't think Busa's are high tech enough to need one. You know, kinda like a Harley.

They don't do any emissions test. They just make sure you got things like blinkers, brakes, etc.
