Go to Motorcycles Unlimited and have Suzanne(sp?) recommend one. She can literally look at your head and tell you what will fit best. They can also size and order one for you.

General concensus on the board will probably be an Arai, Suomy, and Shoei. However there are so many more like KBC, Icon, HJC, ZR1, GMax, etc. Get one that fits you well in a style you like and you'll be fine.

BTW I have bought Suomy, Arai, and Shoei myself and can recommend all of those.

for the price you cannot beat a Scorpion. i prefer the 700 series over the other two. its comfortable, ventilates well and the noise isnt too bad either. i loved mine and will get another.

If your not looking to spend over $200 for a helmet, get a Scorpian.

If you actually want to be comfortable while riding, by a Shoei or Arai. I love my Arai, lightweight, breathable, and fits my head perfect. I have 2 Scorpians and there heavy, Bulky and hot like the rest of the cheap lids but it will last a while.

Alright i narrowed it down to the shoei X-11 and Arai
Vector Eagle Helmet and scorpian 700. I wore them all and liked the way they felt. Has anybody had any problems with any of these helmets and how would you'll review them. Because going to purchase one pretty soon. Thanks again for everybodys help.

all of them are great helmets!
I am partial to the Arai as I already have a scorpion and though it fits well it is jsut a bit too tight in the forehead for me. Arai seems to fit my head better compared to Shoei and Scorpion. I really want to try on a Shark RSR2 though...
