The police car was able to catch up to the bike from 146/1764 to 146/517. That's a long long stretch from loop 197 at 146 to the bridge then to 517. I mean seriously long. If the bike was indeed hauling for those two stretches (not counting that bridge) it's amazing that the officer was able to catch him at the corner of 146/517.

Amazing.
