PoPo never seems to care if it is the right bike or not, he saw a bike speeding and pulled a bike over. If witness didn't pull over or show up at court they would have thrown the book at the guy. Cop was still sticking to his B.S. story to the end.
Who pays for bike damage?

Really? you people are harsh. Yes the cop had the wrong guy, but given the circumstances it was an honest mistake. Should the guy be reimbursed for damage to his bike? IMO, yes. Should the cop be fired? Fck no.

You really think he intentionally pulled over the wrong guy instead of continuing to chase the 2 that were doing 130+? :sigh:

he admitted he mistaken the guy for being part of the group. he never admitted he was wrong, in fact he argued he was in the right, for yanking the guy off the bike instantly when it was unnecessary and not even possible for the guy to dismount with the chick still on the back as he was trying to put his kickstand down.
