whaaaaat?
im pretty sure it doesnt go that far. i think it's like the brady ban and high capacity magazines. you can still get high cap mags at gun shows, but not in stores. as long as they were made before the bill was enacted

There is a temporary BAN on all ATV's/dirtbikes, parts, and accessories intended for children 12yrs or younger. There is no telling how long it will last, the goverment will hold the ban until all "toys" have been tested for lead.

I agree this is crappy. You can still buy used; and you can still sell what you have. I believe that 'aftermarket' parts/accessories will still be available depending on the item.
but OEM replacement parts are no longer available.

TREE brought up a good point, 50stunt might be having some difficulty if no one can buy new bikes.

I'm sorry, I was referring to an individual selling what they have.

Dealerships can no longer sell their inventory until the ban is lifted.

So is a KTM 65 still allowed to be purchase from a dealer and can you still get spare parts?
