Talked to Jesse and he has stated that he will issue me a full refund...

so I hope it all works out... anyways... thank you for contacting me unlike some people that would ignore it untill it became a bigger legal issue...

Man, what a big change from yesterday's discussion. Just mention time warping and E=mc^2 and .....*poof*, everything goes back in time on the internet. All previous posts disappear. Problem solved in less post than before time warping. We should have had this dicussion yesterday because it is a lot smoother. Don't think it had to come to a refund, because the buyer just wanted the title. Just meet that need and everything would have been fine. But obviously his need cannot be met for some reason, so I guess y'all determined that a refund is better. Good business, I think .

hey Jesse, stop using a title agency, you can do the same stuff for lot cheaper and its about the same speed on getting the paperwork, the only thing they do that you don't is stand in line for hours. they have no advantage to getting the paperwork other than that
