its still her fault...and its alot differnet when you actually get in that situation..maybe he is a newb

I never said it wasn't her fault, just saying if he was paying attention it probably could have been easily avoided. When riding, as sad as it is to say, you have to be ready for that chit, sometimes it can be avoided sometimes it can't. In this case I think it could have been. But I don't really know for sure... wasn't there.

There's too many variables in this one to really accurately assess who is at fault.

I say they are both at fault.

She's at fault for being brain-dead, and her utter lack of concern for a fellow human being.

The rider seems to be at fault for hauling a$$ on what seems to be a fairly narrow/busy city street. He should have definitely been able to pull off a simple little quick-stop.

He definitely wasn't scanning ahead.

Maybe he was intoxicated.

Maybe she was.

I agree with whoever said take MSF.
