I got taken off my bike by a lady making a right turn from the far left lane (left turn only) and her response was "I didn't see you there"

"I didnt see you there" is so common that a MSF course will teach you about the cagers view and why they didnt see you there. This doesnt mean the cager was not at fault, simply means to put in your mind about what may happen, can happen so be very careful out there and be prepared for evasive action.

I don't want to be the one to say it but... it does look like he was going a little faster than he should have been. There is no reason he shouldnt have been able to brake in time. Not saying it was his fault at all. But I think he probably could have avoided that one. Thats what MSF teaches.
