900RR Stolen!!!

Alright i posted on here a while back about my bike being taken/stolen in a trade deal that went sour. I have been doing research and whatnot trying to find the bike on my own since the police arent ever much help anyways.

Bike is a 94 CBR900RR that has a newer 900rr front fairing setup on it, has a one of a kind exhaust for a 900rr, its a short fat pipe off a yamaha(says yamaha right on the back. bike was originally the Honda Purple/black/yellow. has now been repainted and i attached a picture of what it looks like now.
bike900rr
THe guy, his name is Nolan Follet, and his buddy's have a storage unit in Pasedena right off BW8/fairmont that they are running a bike repair/paint shop out of which is where this picture was taken at. So that is the area the bike will most likely be at.

I WANT THIS BIKE BACK PERIOD. I will reward whoever helps me in the return of the bike. I still have the title to the bike.

All help is appreciated.

if you still have the title then you should walk into a police station with the title and tell them your bike is stolen and you know where it is and wait for an escort.

Ok heres the story, I was trying to sell it a while back or even trade it for something. I was offered a big 70" flatscreen for it, went to the guys apartment and saw the TV he came to my place saw the bike adn it was just a verbal deal pretty much, the day we traded was the day it snowed so he didnt bring the tv in the truck and we agreed he would bring it first thenig in the morning. Since them he has been giving me th erun around and now his email dont work, phone is shutoff. I know where the apartment and storage unit is. I know i should have gotten everything in writing but i was dumb and didnt. I had the intentions of building this into a track bike when i got it originally so i never transfered the title to my name as i wasnt ever going to drive it on the street, but i do have the title for it.

Police WONT do anything with this matter as it was a civil agreement and i would have to take the guy to small claims court to get my property back. I have spent the last month trying to track this guy down and i have found a lil bit of info on him. However he is never at his apartment.

Like i said the person that helps me will get a reward. I have no truck so it would be hard for me to get it back to my place.

THe shop/storage unit is owned and operated by 2 guys Nolan Follett(the one that has my bike) and Travis Moody, I know exactly where the unit is and wouldnt be suprised if that is where my bike is stored at.

Any help/info is appreciated.

sounds like i would contact the local pd and let them know you have the title and you know where it is. You want your stuff back. Or just go get it. Get a few MH'ers together and go get it.

Are just looking for safety in numbers? Or are you looking for a show of force?

If anyone is down to go to pasedena and get it some night/day or whatever I would be more then happy to pay ya'll some cash or get ya'll dinner or something. I am off every thursday/friday/saturday.

The Police dept. wont do anything because it was a agreement between us even though he failed on his behalf it was a Civil matter, nothing they can do. Plus how do i tell them ohh yeah it was stolen almost 2 months ago and i just know am reporting it.

alos has no mirrors on it it, I put them on my 600 and the windscreen is a Zerogravity, rear tire was almost new Shinko 190mm. has vortex sprockets and it sits low, was lowered like 2inches before i got. as you can see in the picture the kickstand was cut.

I'd just call them and report it stolen, if he's riding it on the street then there has to be a plate, if he doesn't have proof that its his bike then they'll haul it away, you go to the storage lot with the title, they match the vin and you fill out a form that says you have a legal right to the bike and walah you have your bike back

^ good plan, except, i would think only the title holder could call it in stolen, and since he hasn't changed the title into his name.............dunno.

I want to change the title beleive me, but I dont have the bike and i am not 100% going to get it back so it would be a waste of money in a way. I may change it with my next check but really dont want to wait in line at the courthouse.
