HWY 3 Accident.

this is a second hand account of something that happened on highway 3 earlier today. my friend was coming home from the library and the traffic was backed up. she said there was a group of 5 sportbikes passing the stopped traffic on the shoulder. three bikes passed the car in front of her and then the guy pulls into the shoulder intentionally striking the fourth rider knocking him down, and the fifth stopped short. she got out to see if the guy was alright and as shes standing there checking on him gets knocked down by the driver of the vehicle rushing over to the downed rider!! the riders were fine she was fine. apparently a bunch of people got out of their cars to break up the fight before anything happened. this is just disturbing to hear.
anyway if it was any one from the board, post up and provide maybe a different angle to the story.

people suck sometimes.

Why ate Houston car drivers so mad when they get passed up? Jealousy? I've had cars start honking crazy when I pass them up.

Part of that has to do with the construction on I45 NB lanes around FM2351. Even going the other way I heard someone being stuck going almost nothing from Scarsdale to El Dorado which took 45mins.

i know its wrong to ride on the shoulder...honestly who hasnt done it a couple times though?
the most rediculous thing i find about this is that my friend was out of her car checking the downed rider, and this doush f@g driver knocked her over trying to beat up the guy on the bike. what the man?

should have jumped the drive of the car and beat his down, usually intentionally hitting someone with a car is aggravated assault and attempted murder....to me that would require forceful citizens arrest....maybe even shoot him.

try aggravated assault with a deadly weapon....a felony...... i know unfortunately. if it was intentional, the rider shoulda definately pressed charges, but he woulda probably been ticketed for emergency lane riding, but ef it, the driver woulda went 2 jail with some nice storage fees & court costs 2 look forward 2.

Yeah, 45 brought the suck today - took my 2 hours to drive from Dickinson to Telephone road - then I said fck it and turned around.

The bad thing about this situation is the issuance company won't cover intentional acts....
