track camera setup

Post up some pics of your trackday/ racing camera setup.

Anyone ever do the helmet cam style for the track? I cant get the angle right to set it up. I have a bullet cam and a mini dv. I plan on using the bullet cam so it wont get in my way. Right now its right under the front fairing in front of my radiator. thing shakes quite a bit though....I need to mount it better I guess.
Ideas and suggestions welcome.

The LSTD instructors will be using our sponsored GoPro Wide cameras this year. They have a bunch of different mounts you can buy with the camera.

We have some that are mounted on tanks, some on the front (top secret mounting system pat pend), some mounted on frame sliders, and some mounted on tail sections. Some of them use the helmet mount, personally, I'm not a fan of that. The GoPro cameras are very versatile and priced very well.

Personally, I'm going to mount mine on the front this year.

Here's a vid taken from the tank, and the other one is on the helmet.

You can check out GoPro's site at www.goprocamera.com and see their mounting systems. Hit me up if you want a camera, we get special pricing.

That was an open day with an organization. No classifications.

This is my tank mount. Extremely secure, solid and stable. Not very versatile, but get's the job done. Does require a little bending, OFF THE BIKE btw! Otherwise you get a picture filled with your gauges. You just have to bend it up a little and add a spacer to raise the height of the camera.
