it's true... i have never gone down on gravel but i have definately felt by front wheel AND my back wheel break loose on gravel/dirt/sand before on many occasions. from those expierences i am even MORE cautious and go even slower through construction than i do on wet roads or right after it starts raining.

that said, hope ol' girl is okay...

I was just saying, as an aside, that that stretch of Kirby is completely fukt up from construction - whole shitpiles of gravel, dirt, torn up pavment etc.

People driving through there (in the River Oaks area) are typically soccer moms who suck at driving in the first place. Throw in some crazy lane-changing construction and it's like they're driving for the first time in Vietnam.

I was just saying nobody really knows why she wrecked.

sorry to hear about her spill, but.....i still think it's very important for people to take MSF or obtain some kind of one on one training with someone who's an experienced rider.

hope she's ok

and i bet she was beign responsible and riding within her limits, and she still crashed 2x.

so lets place her on a 600SS and see how well she does.

i can tell you some people shouldn't be riding any bikes PERIOD, maybe she's one of those, or chances are MSF would help her alot.

not everybody passes MSF

and a few not even on a 2nd-3rd time around.
