That suxuki dealership in Tomball

I have to blow off steam somewhere....They charge more money for everything, and they have to order every single part for my bike. WTF?!?! Motorcycles Unlimited had suzuki specfic parts for my nike in stock that the actual suzuki dealership had to order. There's something wrong with that picture. I just called them again today for my clutch cable, and they said it would have to be ordered. Doesn't a dealeship usually stock parts for there previous models, or do they only carry the newest stuff? I know the car world was different. I could walk into any chevy/pontiac dealer and get any part for my 10 year old car. I guess I know where I'm going for my parts from now on...

end rant.

nope they only keep what is called disposable parts in stock, chains tires and some other accessories. bike specific parts are ordered as needed even for new bikes

gay! so my bike sits until I can find a clutch cable. Motorcycles Unlimited thought they had one, but the ended up not. They had to order it as well, but it sounds like they actually keep that kinda stuff stocked.

I wasn't going to take it to them, I was just going to get the part from them. I don't trust anyone but myself to work on any of my vehicles.

I wouldn't ever step foot in a dealership unless I absolutely have to. I need to order some OEM Transmission parts for my 2005 ZX-6R that I thought I could only get at a dealership, WRONG, the shop I go to has a Ron Ayers acct and can order the OEM parts I need and I will probably get a discount

GP FTW!

Most places like Motorcycles Unlimited will cut their own clutch cable. I'm not sure if they do but my local shop I always went to in Dallas did.

That shop has bunch of clowns working there. I went to a order some suzukibond/Yamabond/Hondabond, etc.. and the parts guy said that the part was 'discontinued'. Then I asked one of the 'Techs' what they used to seal case halves together and he stated "Uhhh." That shop is Sh*t.
