Anyone know where I can find a scale (NW side)...?

I'm trying to find a scale on the NW side (Spring, Woodlands, Conroe, etc.)...?

I know Flying J and a few others have the big truck scales but they only weight in 100lb. increments. I'm looking for one that can give me a measurement to the pound but big enough for a car/bike....?

Thanks.....Josh

scrap metal yards?

check local listings for junk/metal yards. They should have a scale. Now, they might now let you roll on it...but it's worth a shot. Giving those guys a little extra pennies will change their minds.

I've got some digital scales that measure to the half pound. They are in storage (Baytown), but I'll drag em out if you can't find anything more convinient. I haven't used them for a while, but they should still work fine. They were used to weigh small aircraft.

Nada. We dont have chit here.

HRP has em at the boxes.

Someone else had mentioned two bathroom scales. There is someone on that side that has em... I know of one member that offered before; we'll see if he can offer again.

I was thinking of putting my bike on the scale too. I have a friend that works at a truck company that offered to let me use the companys scale afterhours. I think he said 20 pound increments? Wallisville@610 area. I'm sure we could hit the scale next friday around 6pm if your interested.

I work Friday/Saturday nights so it would have to be during the week. There has to be something closer though. Maybe a feed store or landscaping company has to have one around here...
