just letting everybody know that navasot a raceway is back up and running. we are open every sunday excluding tomorrow since the superbowl will be on. it is only 1/8 mile but the track is hooking great. had cars out there running in the 5's with no probs. had several bikes out too and they were having no probs. everybody come out and help a fellow cmra racer get his track up and running again. best part about our track is that its only $10 to run and $10 to race but we payout to the quickest reaction time and quickest time of the day so no matter how fast or slow you are you have a chance at winning!!!! hope to start seeing more bikes come out. if you have any questions you can go to www.navasotaraceway.com

How the was Glyn only going 151mph yet Michael was going 149mph?.. Glyn's must be injured.

Did you guys get to make a lot of passes? track pretty good? I have never ran out there....We be interested in trying somewhere else.... HRP is too freakin crowded...

BTW BadZX, a 1.62 60' isn't bad at all for a street riding turbo bike with no clutch or boost controller..... I never went better then a 1.65 on mine with low compression, no lock up and no boost controller. That was a 9.08@162.40 on mine....about 3 years ago...

Did U guys repave the track? or get that bid dip out of the middle, I ran my cartire bike there before, it has NO suspension on the rear and would almost loose control somewhere mid track, I made several passes with same result and my wife was so freaked out we just left, it was horrible, IF thats fixed then I might come back, or just bring street bikes with suspension shouldnt be a big problem?

no we havent repaved the track. sorry were trying to just get the track up and going again. we did take the big bump at the end of the track out though and that was a huge help. i have ran my r6 and my dads gsxr 750 out there a ton of times and have really had no probs. like i said though as of right now we are just trying to get up and going and could use all the support we can. it drives me crazy bc we always have a ok turn out with cars but the most bikes we have had in one day is 4. its not much fun running by myself!!lol but the plus is it only cost you $20 bucks to run and you have good chances of winning the money.we usually pay out around 100 to 150!!! i hope to see yall out there. atleast give us a try to get it back up and going!!
