question bout 04 R6

I have an 04 R6 with 24, miles on it , at about 15,000 i changed the clutch to a barnett clutch . I noticed when i changed it that the clutch would engage at the end of the clutch's swing ( the last 10 percent of the release) . So I went back to the OEM clutch thinking it would change my problem , it didn't . So my question is anybody else with an 04 R6 does your clutch act the same or is something up with mine ?
