P.R,
get a seat cowl from any of these 2 sites, they are both awesome with their pricing and customer service.

http://www.blueridgeperformance.net/brpaccessories.html

http://www.motospecialties.com/store...e=Seat%20Cowls

you can get them color matched to your bike for no extra charge. the kawasaki OEM cowl looks the best. nice lines that match the tank and the rest of the bike. the second link (ninja650shop) has the oem cowl (plasma blue) in stock.

blueridgeperformance and ninja650shop can pretty much take care of all your 650r needs.

you can fit 636 (i forget which one) swingarm on a 650r. its a bolt on mod, i believe all you need is a the rim from the bike the swingarm came from, and some spacers. i wanna say the swingarm from the versys bolts on too.

found this:
http://www.riderforums.com/showthread.php?t=48283

they just finished a kit for a 636 wheel swap. no swingarm tho.

edit: found another one
http://www.riderforums.com/showthread.php?t=40869

versys swing arm is a bolt on for our bike. looks pretty neat too.

and check out these tricked out 650r's

I pay more on INS than on rent.

But my driving record is bad. Just sad

you have been doing your research, remind me to never leave you alone with my bike. Oh don't worry about the 650r army they are being taken out within the ranks, one of them is already out, that old couple weren't working alone...
