Battery won't stay charged

I bought a used bike for rather cheap. At first I thought it was just the battery. I changed the battery and it ran like a charm. I rode for about two hours that night. I parked it in my garage and when I was ready to leave the next morning it wouldn't start without a jump. When i jump it it runs fine. However when I remove the jumper cables the bike will eventually die. So it's not staying charged.

Answer?
Rectifier? How do I diagnose the problem? Other then take it to a shop?

Bring it by and we can check out the electrical / charging system. It'll cost you $33.00. I've got plenty of used SV parts so I'll can hook you up with whatever is wrong.
