New to MH on a FZR!

Hi guys!

My name is Oliver. I've been lurking around on here for a few months now and I got tired of looking at the little reminder at the top of the page telling me that I have not made any posts so I thought I might post up here in this forum first... like all good newbies should.

I know there are no good threads without pics so here's a photo of my machine:

Its a 95 yamaha fzr. I'm currently working on the lower fairings, and I'm just trying to get a hold of some decals so I can put her back to stock.

Welcome! What area do you ride in?

Did you consider keeping it a street fighter? It has some nice lines.

thanks everyone!

I already did most of the repair to the fairings, so I want to try those out for a while, but I really don't mind riding without them... I mean, I don't see them while I ride, only when i get on & off.

Also I'm down in the southwest area. I want to do a track day after I have several months of experience riding around on the street. I still feel like I have a lot to learn, so I'll probably be looking for some fun backroad rides and stuff like that.
