not really that big a deal in any place with tons of traffic but lax traffic laws. back in India, I have seen enough hot headed ppl riding like this, or even worse than this.
plus this guy s not really going that fast.

anyone else notice that bike cop...and the fact that almost everytime he "slows down" he locks up the back wheel...like ufo34 and everyone else said...he got a death wish lol
