Any recommendations for faster acceleration and less top speed?

and question, is it the more teeth that make it quicker?

-1 in the front

or +2 in the back

or both, if you want it to be a wheelie monster

more teeth in the rear will give you more bottom end and less top end.

you may also have to get a new chain. anytime you change your gears, it's a good idea to get a new chain as well.

i dunno most people say -1 in the front

not sure whats the different ratio from -1 front or +2 rear

but id recommend, the 2 up in the rear, and get a new stock front, with a new stock size chain.

Its good to replace those parts together.

Or rock the +2 rear, and if thats not good enough for you, get the -1 front later

You tell us what you want....

You can do one or the other, or both.

No need for a 520 conversion, and stay away from Vortex sprockets. Look into Afam, Driven, and Renthal

if you go 2 up in the back you HAVE TO go -1 in the front, otherwise, youll NEED a new chain.
