Trackdays here yet?!?!

So, yesterday I was cleaning out the garage & washing the mud off my dirtbike (it had been caked on for a couple of weeks) and the GSXR kept screaming "Take me for a ride, my legs need to be stretched!"

I was debating a ride around the neighborhood, but with no registration, no insurance, and beautiful weather I had to make a choice...

I took my chances, but instead of gearing up and going for a "blast" around the hood, I kept to my squidly gear (shorts, ball cap, and Foakley's) and took a leisurely ride around the neighborhood. Never left second gear...although I wanted to. Anyhow, first time I swung my legs over my girl in about a month and it fell good. Anyhow, I'm just rambling about how ready I am for track season.

haha, i saw my bike for the first time in 3 months its kept here in Houston and im up in Nac. It felt good just to start the bike and hear it run. As it looks now my first time on it is going to be at Daytona and not to mention Ill be a 1st year expert gridded up with a bunch of ASRA and maybe a few AMA guys. Ill feel good if i finish atleast 5 positions ahead of the last person since grids will be big out there

I just saw my bike today after dyno-tuning. Man, that new bike makes some serious ponies, can't wait to ride it at TWS (Texas World Speedway)!

Cresson is just gonna kill this year too! The last time I rode a 750 there, I think I had the most fun out of any time I've been there over the past 6 years...

Our first 3 events are at my 3 favorite tracks too. Can't beat OHR/ Cresson/ TWS (Texas World Speedway)!

....and after looking at schedules, LSTD is one of only two schools that will host track days at MSRC and TWS (Texas World Speedway) too.

Glad to see you guys starting those bikes back up. I have been doing some work on the skins for mine, but have been very lazy to complete for some reason...must be the economy, etc.
Fixed and bonded what I needed, pretty much. Now, have to gather enough initiative to paint the darn skins. Planning on a full black since I will be putting some decal kits on for a quick nice look (that is if I manage to kick myself in the to actually do it - actually looking for someone that has space where I can paint them - have all the tools, just looking for space).
Anyways, it is great to see another season come in. See you guys out there.
