I am not sure we have the story in it's entirety.
even IF he did not ask... if someone is not up and moving in 5 or 10 minutes max the ambulance should have been called.... screw waiting and hour with someone laying there not able to move

laughing means nothing if they can't get up and move!!! if they can't feel the pain because of trauma or heaven forbid the worse and say no ambulance to just lay on the side of the road ...... luckily there was no internal bleeding that yall couldn't see.

do you get what I am saying?? sometimes people need to be responsible and take action. he hit his head pretty hard from the looks of the helmet ( if not knowing anything else, that should have been enough)

Ahhh, the joys of finger pointing among group rides. Hope everything works out for the best. Know the hands you are putting your life in when swinging that leg over the seat. It can happen on any day, in any conditions, and to the best of riders. Part of the game....My 2 cents.

I see far too many accidents on the track, and am most always the 1st responder. If their helmet hit the ground, I roll the medic, regardless of rider wish. We all make mistakes. Those who witnessed the chaos at GSS in October can attest to that. It's always better to err on the side of caution.

It was damaged pretty bad in the pics I saw. I second knowing who you ride with. I'm pretty picky about my groups. I prefer people who are friends other than just riding buddies.

I'm not bashing emo cuz he was the only one to speak up. I'm bashing him because of this statement;

he's lying there and clearly injured, and the best you can come up with is "he said no cop/ambulance and we respect his wishes"?

that's pretty stupid. no two ways to wash that. just stupid.

stupid move, yes...regardless of how it was played out. Why continue to rip the guy on his decision? looks like someone is hurting for the drama train. let it go, take it as a lesson, learn from others mistakes, but to continue ripping on the guy makes no sense to me.

Can't blame Evobusa cause you weren't there if the guy was saying no cop no ambulance over and over then it's a tough call. Part of the blame is on the rider too. Me myself I stop and help someone I see fall even if I know the cops are coming I could care less. I won't leave someone to die. I have helped total strangers when I have rolled up on crashes and seen people only stop to stare. I can't blame people for not stopping either considering the lawsuit happy society we live in.

re-fking regardless man. it's negligent behavior. i wouldn't have given a rats what he wanted, especially if hes hurt bad.
