Just got an update from Carl. He said he was able to go back and talk to Tim. I was told Tim is in good spirits, his dad is there as well as a few friends and his mom is hours away. He broke 2 vertebrae in his neck and broke his collarbone.

PS, if anyone can help, his boots need picked up at the Hospital in Angleton.

Just talked to Carl before I unloaded the bike. He told me that his T6 and T7 are broken (neck) but they are doing surgery and expect full recovery (assuming nothing unexpected comes up) His brother is on an emergency leave from the military so hes gonna be surrounded by his whole family as well as a few friends (Keep in mind he's been living by himself for a while and as far as I know doesn't see family too often?)

Bad news regarding the bike is that it isn't fully covered by insurance. Its kinda bad. I'm thinking the forks are bent, the front rim is TRASHED for sure and the tail section needs replacing. As far as I know it hit a culvert and did a front flip basically. Bandito knows best, he saw it.
